You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dovi,  and their affiliates and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
