SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Dovi products are shipped from our fulfillment center located overseas, including China. We are transparent about this so you know what to expect on delivery times.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
• Handling: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping: delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Total: orders are delivered within 9 business days, and in all cases within 15 days.
Shipments are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Any shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Expedited shipping, when selected at checkout, reduces delivery time where available.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Any import duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient where charged by local authorities.

IF WE CAN'T SHIP ON TIME
If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days, we will notify you and offer you the choice of continuing to wait or receiving a full refund.
