Subscription Billing Terms

SUBSCRIPTION & AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS

Please read these terms carefully. They explain the Dovi Club membership, the free trial, how and when you are billed, and how to cancel. By enrolling at checkout you agree to these terms.

1. WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO
Your purchase today includes two separate things:
• A one-time purchase of the Dovi product(s) you selected (the bottles), charged once at the price shown at checkout.
• A FREE 20-day trial of the Dovi Club membership, which begins on the date you place your order.
The membership is a subscription that renews automatically. This is not a one-time-only transaction.

2. YOUR FREE TRIAL
Your Dovi Club membership is free for the first 20 days. During the trial you get member pricing on all Dovi products and free shipping on membership orders. You will not be charged the membership fee during the 20-day trial.

3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TRIAL (AUTOMATIC BILLING)
If you do not cancel before your 20-day free trial ends, your membership continues automatically and we will charge the payment method you provided:
• Amount: $49.99 (the amount may be less, but will never be more)
• Billing interval: every 28 days (approximately 13 billings per year)
• The first membership charge occurs on day 21, and every 28 days thereafter, until you cancel.
Charges appear on your statement as: DOVI* GETDOVI.COM

4. REMINDER BEFORE YOU ARE BILLED
Before your first membership charge, we will send an email reminder to the address on your order letting you know the trial is ending and that billing is about to begin, with a direct link to cancel.

5. HOW TO CANCEL — ANYTIME, EASILY
You can cancel at any time, including during the free trial, and it is as easy to cancel as it was to sign up. To cancel:
• Online: log in to your account portal at https://getdovi.com/account and select "Cancel membership," or
• Email: hello@getdovi.com, or
• Phone: +1 659-226-5965 (Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET), or
• Reply to your order-confirmation email.
To stop the next charge, your cancellation must be received at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund a charge that has already occurred (see our Refund & Return Policy).

6. PRICE CHANGES
If we ever change the membership price or billing interval, we will notify you by email in advance and give you the chance to cancel before the change takes effect.

7. YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By checking the consent box and completing your order, you acknowledge that: (a) your membership will automatically renew and bill $49.99 every 28 days after the 20-day free trial unless you cancel; (b) you have read these terms; and (c) you know how to cancel.
